1. INTRODUCTION

TheReamUp Entertainment Agency, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of individuals who participate in our events. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect the information gathered in connection with our events and photo booth experiences.

This Policy is prepared in compliance with applicable U.S. federal law, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and all other relevant regulations.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you attend one of our events or participate in our photo booth experience, we may collect the following information:

  • First and last name

  • Phone number (for SMS/MMS delivery of your event photos)

  • Email address (optional)

  • Photos and digital images taken during the event

  • Event name, date, and location

  • Event participation and check-in information

3. HOW WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION & CONSENT

Your information is collected with your explicit consent at photo booth stations, registration forms, digital kiosks, or through event staff at the venue.

By providing your phone number or choosing to participate in the photo booth experience, you expressly consent to:

  • Receiving your event photos and digital images via SMS/MMS,

  • Receiving event-related informational messages from TheReamUp Entertainment Agency.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.

4. PUBLIC EVENTS & PHOTOGRAPHY

Some events organized by the Company take place in public venues or corporate spaces. In such events:

  • General event photography may occur as part of the nature of the event.

  • Images of individuals who choose to use the photo booth are digitally processed and delivered to them.

  • By approaching the photo booth station and engaging in the experience, participants are considered to have consented to being photographed within that context.

  • General venue photography at public events is conducted in accordance with applicable local laws and event guidelines.

Under California law, the use of your image for commercial advertising purposes requires a separate model release. Unless explicitly agreed upon, your photos will not be used for commercial advertising.

5. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

The information we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

  • Delivering your event photos and digital content

  • Personalizing your event experience

  • Maintaining event records and organizational statistics

  • Fulfilling legal obligations

  • Maintaining secure digital archives

Your data will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. DATA RETENTION

Personal information and event photos are retained for the following periods:

  • Event photos and digital images: Retained in our archives for 24 months (2 years) from the date of the event.

  • Contact information (phone, email): Retained for up to 36 months (3 years) for legal compliance and dispute resolution purposes.

  • General event records: Retained for up to 7 years as required by accounting regulations and applicable law.

Upon expiration of the retention period or upon your request, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

7. DATA SECURITY & ARCHIVING

All visual data and personal information are stored within the Company's secure digital infrastructure, including Dima digital archives. These systems are:

  • Protected with industry-standard encryption protocols

  • Secured against unauthorized access with firewall protections

  • Subject to regular security audits and reviews

8. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER CALIFORNIA LAW (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Know: The right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used

  • Right to Delete: The right to request deletion of your personal information

  • Right to Correct: The right to request correction of inaccurate data

  • Right to Opt-Out: The right to object to certain data processing activities

9. SMS / MMS MESSAGING POLICY (TCPA)

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS/MMS communications from TheReamUp Entertainment Agency. The following terms apply:

  • Message frequency varies per event (typically 1–3 messages per event).

  • Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

  • To opt out at any time, reply: STOP

  • For help, reply: HELP

  • Messages are limited to event-related content only and will not be used for marketing or promotional purposes unrelated to the event you attended.

 

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Participants under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to participate in our photo booth experience.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Any significant changes will be announced on our website and in event materials. Continued participation in our events following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
